How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed between 1-4 business days.

For USA customers, delivery is usually within 5-14 business days after it has shipped.

For international customers, delivery is usually within 15-22 business days after it has shipped.

Please keep in mind that these are estimates and that there can be logistical issues out of our control that can cause delays.

How come I haven't received my order?

If 22 business days have gone by since your order shipped and you still do not have the item and the tracking is not showing you updates, then please contact our support team at support@maglifebracelet.com. They will be able to assist you and provide you more details.

However, if the item(s) never arrive due to the customer providing the incorrect shipping address, then the item(s) are not exchangeable/refundable and the customer is responsible for covering the full cost of a new unit(s). If the item is sent back to us by the post office, we will need to receive it before issuing you a refund for the item.

Why isn't my tracking updating? 

When we ship your item, we will email or text you a tracking number and it might need up to 5 business days before it registers in the system. Rest assured, once you receive the shipping confirmation email, your order is on the move and traveling towards its delivery destination. 

If your order goes many days without updating, it is most likely being reviewed by your country's customs department. This is unfortunately the longest time the order will go without updates, but as soon as it clears customs, it will be moving locally and will update more frequently.

We understand there can be unexpected delivery delays, but we guarantee a 60 day delivery (from the day it ships), and if the item does not arrive by then we will issue a full refund or resend, pending the customers preference. 

Important: We are not liable for any orders that are affected by customs delays, natural occurrences, post office strikes, logistic company strikes, or delays arising due to processing center errors. 

Why did I receive the wrong item?

If you received something different than what is registered in our system and shown in your order confirmation email, then please contact us at support@maglifebracelet.com with a picture of what you received and your order details.

What do I do if my order came damaged?

We do a quality check prior to shipping orders out so if an item arrives damaged, it most likely occurred during shipping. We apologize for this inconvenience, but if you email us at support@maglifebracelet.com with your order details and a picture of the damaged items, we will resend them for you or refund the order.

Can I only purchase the upsell item(s) and cancel the front end item(s)?

Unfortunately upsell items (items that are offered after going through the normal checkout) are only available to customers who purchase the front end product. We cannot cancel the front end product to offer you just the upsells. 

 

Shipping & Handling

PROCESSING

We charge a $4.99 flat rate fee for all orders under $40. For orders over $40, shipping is free. Normal processing times are 1-4 business days, but this may be extended during busier times of the years like holidays, or if the item is in high demand. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Shanghai, China, and as soon as the order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 5 business days for the tracking number to register in the system, although it usually does so much quicker. Even if you do not see any updates, it does not mean the package is not on the move. It only means the system is not updating.

We ship all items with the standard post office service. Delivery for USA residents will take between 5-14 business days and 15-22 business days for international customers. 

Please understand these are averages, sometimes they arrive sooner and sometimes later due to unexpected shipping delays. Occasionally the package gets stuck at customs review which delays it by a few days. Rest assured, it will pass the review and then head towards its final destination. 

Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs or customs fees. Very rarely will you be charged these fees, but in the extreme chance that these fees are imposed, it will be up to you to cover them.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy lasts 30 days so all refund inquiries must be made within 30 days from the date the item is marked as delivered on the tracking link. We do not process exchanges but we do allow for returns.

Our return policy is simple: if for any reason you do not like the product, you can send it back for a full refund. No questions asked. 

We also guarantee that we will send you what you ordered in full and in new, undamaged condition. If you do not receive part of your order or receive a damaged item, please email us support@maglifebracelet.com and we will resolve it.

However, if the item(s) never arrived due to the customer providing the incorrect shipping address, then the item(s) are not exchangeable/refundable and the customer is responsible for covering the full cost of a new unit(s).


Shipping
To return your product, email us first at support@maglifebracelet.com to initiate the return process. Do not ship your item back to address shown on the original label. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible if we do not receive the item.

Refunds 
Once your return is received, we will process the refund and send you a confirmation. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Order Cancellations
There is a 24 hour window after the order has been placed to cancel the order, however, if the item has already shipped then it is too late to cancel. Please be aware that we charge a management fee to process cancellations (20% of the total order value).
